Educational Qualification: Diploma – Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Electrical / Electronics / Polymer / Chemical etc.
Job Location: Bharuch
Salary Package:15000/- per month will be given and a yearly increase after successful completion of the one year training.
Accommodation benefits: For the 03 Months, a free accommodation facility will also be provide and post 3 months they need to arrange by their own
BUS Facility : Company Provides from Bharuch to Dahej, Plant. No Charges are taken for this
Canteen Benefits : Subsidized Canteen but employee has to pay for lunch / dinner /breakfast
Job Description:

Primary responsibility is to produce semi-finished / finished goods as per technical specifications and production plan

Communication to supervisor / superior about NC product
-
Meet production norms with normal working speed

Ensure all tools and accessories are kept at allotted space
-
Check all safety equipment’s / guards / PPE as per instructions to ensure safety
-
Operate equipment’s and tools as per instructions to ensure safety of self and equipment’s
-
Ensure that correct input material and tools are utilized by inspecting the identifications.
- Perform setup as per planning
- Operate the process as per SOP
- Notify supervisor in the event of non-conforming product / any unsafe condition is existing.
- Record process events as required.
- Any abnormality found in machine are notified to supervisor immediately
- Serving as members of CFT in various types of quality / EHS matters.
